SIMPLE BAG REPLACEMENT

Bag replacement is simple and easy with Sigma Series Fabric Filters.
The procedure listed below is keyed to the illustration.

1. Loosen door clamp handle and turn door clamps 90'
2 .Remove access door and set aside. Each access door exposes three rows of bags.
3. Undo lateral connection and slip out appropriate lateral(s) over bag(s) to be replaced.
4. Remove nuts and hold-down washers securing bags to be replaced.
5. Slip out venturi insert (if supplied) from bags to be replaced. A venturi insert will be in every bag or in none.
6. Remove bag and cage together and discard worn bag-insert cage in new bag and replace-reversing installation procedure.

BAG FILTER

It is available in multitude of types, they are selected on basis of application but are generally used to segregate smoke & dust particles resulting in air filtration.

Sam action lock (Snap Type).

SOLENOID VALVE

SEQUENCE TIMER

Solid state timer compatible to LAXMI 4 / IP 55 codes with adjustable pulse duration and interval. Suitable for 110V / 230V AC. Available in flame proof enclosures also.

ROTARY AIRLOCK

Consists of a cylindrical housing advanced rotor and a drive. Rotor fits snugly into the housing minimizing gas leakage while effectively discharging the material. Available in various materials of construction.

MULTI CLONE FLY ASH COLLECTORE

Introduction : Coal/Bagger husk fired boilers have maximum ash flying in operation.Fly ash being light weight appears at chimney discharge in considerable quantity. This airborne gets carried away, and settles down over a large area and is a dangerous hazard to residents nearby and covering miles together. Laxmi latest design with efficiency fly ash collectors introduced after considerable research in the field of air pollution. It is fitted after the discharge of flue gases from boiler & before chimney. Its function is to remove fly ash from flue gases and allow cleaner discharge to be omitted from chimney, complete surrouunding of factory.
